You may also opt for bank transfer, but it is usually used for special circumstances (such as difficulties in online payment/payment failures), and we prefer the first two payment methods. When submitting a reservation application, you can choose your payment method.

The guarantor needs to be aware of your living situation and agree to your rent payment. If there's a delay in payment, the apartment will contact your guarantor. The guarantor must be at least 18 years old, have a full-time job, and a permanent residence. Typically, the guarantor will be required to provide proof of address to verify their identity.
