When is the rent payment deadline?

Please log into your Unite Students account, go to the Booking page, and click on the Tenancy agreement document. You can find the rent payment deadline and the corresponding amount in the YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN section of the document. Here, 【DATE】 indicates the rent payment deadline (format: day/month/year) and 【AMOUNT】 is the rent amount to be paid.

What is the health check for bookings in popular cities?

Students who have booked Unite Students accommodation should note that in order to create a fair living environment, the official will conduct three sample checks on booked students within a few weeks after the reservation (students who booked recently may also be subject to random checks). The specific details and process are as follows: 1. Check methods: email/phone, etc.; 2. Materials students need to prepare: university admission notice or a screenshot from the university portal (showing the student's name and sufficient information to verify that the application process is completed); 3. Third-party verification: for a small number of students, the accommodation may verify the authenticity of student information with their university. If students do not respond to any of the three contacts, the accommodation will mark the reservation as suspicious. If they cannot be reached, the reservation will be canceled. Please be sure to check that the phone and email you provided during the application process have the accommodation's information, and if there are any issues, contact your advisor immediately!

Is the advance rent I paid a deposit? How can I get it refunded?

The advance rent is a prepaid rental payment used as a deposit. After you successfully check in, the advance rent will be deducted from your rent and will not be refundable.
