All utilities and bills Your rent includes utilities (subject to a fair use allowance) - so you should not receive any electricity, gas or water bills. No need to argue with roommates about bills! Internet and wireless networks You will be able to use the WiFi service provided by Wifinity, providing 200MB speeds throughout the building and public areas. Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped, each with a rice cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is! There is also a dining area with a breakfast bar and stools. Apartment lounge with TV Each apartment lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and a TV with Freeview channel. Television licences are included. Contents insurance Your rent includes personal belongings insurance because we work with Endsleigh, the number one student insurance provider, which can be arranged for you at no extra cost! Mezzanine lounge The public Junxion Mezzino Lounge offers Sky and BT Sports on 75-inch HDTVS, full-size snooker pool tables, pool tables and foosball. Whether you want to catch the latest Premier League or Champions League matches, watch a film or just meet up with friends, it's a great place to relax and socialise. The laundry Our fully equipped laundry room is located on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - perfect for when your clean socks run out! Bicycle storage area We have a private secure bike storage area on the ground floor. Only residents of Mezzino Junxion can enter -- you can pick up your key from the front desk upon check-in. 24 hours on-site team Members of Junxion's management team are on site 24 hours a day, ready to answer questions and help. Always safe Only Mezzino residents with security keys can enter the building, and each apartment has its own access system. All lobby areas have full 24 hour CCTV. Cleaning services All public areas, including Mezzino Lounge and laundry, are cleaned daily. Field maintenance team If there are glitches or errors, don't worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and happily.
