“The safety measures here are very well done, and the room gets lots of natural light.”

“There is no ceiling light in the bedroom.”

“This apartment is very new, and the facilities are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor.”

“This apartment has both newly renovated and unrenovated sections, and I’m currently living in the newly renovated side. Overall it feels pretty good; although the heating is a little weak, it’s still quite comfortable to live in.”

“Sometimes there’s a power outage in the kitchen area, and the internet is a little slow too, but everything else is pretty good.”

“Currently, the deposit has not been refunded, which feels quite unreasonable, and there hasn't been much response to emails. It's quite annoying; I've been there two or three times, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.”

“I rented a place abroad, and because I started looking a bit late, the apartments I liked were already gone. In the end I found a place on a foreign platform, and it was pretty good with a high cost-performance ratio. At the moment I’ve already started preparing housing for the second semester, and I expect it will turn out well. I really think this kind of choice is very good.”

“It’s very convenient here; everything is pretty close.”
