Cancellation policy details 1. During the cooling-off period If you have not yet collected your accommodation keys, you can cancel your reservation by emailing the apartment management within 7 days after receiving your booking confirmation

After the 7-day cooling-off period, unless a replacement tenant is found, you must pay all amounts due under the contract. If a replacement tenant is found, you can end your lease agreement seven days after the new tenant signs the contract
