Apartment Overview The Priory Apartments is a meticulously restored Grade II listed building, showcasing the charm of its historic exterior while presenting a modern and stylish interior. The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk to the student union and an 8-minute walk to the White Building. The apartments offer three main types of accommodations: Studio apartments, En-suite rooms, and One Bedroom apartments, with a total of 77 beds. Among them, there is only one En-suite room, while the majority consists of Studios and One Bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with essential furniture including a desk, chair, nightstand, bookshelf, and wardrobe, and there is ample storage space. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. The building also features public amenities, including a common lounge, study room, laundry facilities, bike storage, and vending machines. The rent includes all expenses, such as high-speed Wi-Fi, property insurance, utilities, and heating. Within the apartment complex, there are 22 newly renovated 20-square-meter studio apartments.
