如有提前入住的需求，请联系你的顾问老师。如果公寓有符合租期的空房，接受额外房租后可以安排提前入住。
我需要支付房产税吗？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，则无需支付房产税。你必须向公寓提供证明你是全日制学生的相关资料。
我何时可以办理入住？
合同开始时即可办理入住。如果在非工作时间抵达公寓，最好提前通知以便安排入住。
我该如何领取门卡？
完成前台入住手续后，可以在公寓前台领取门卡。
能让别人领取我的门卡吗？
不可以，出于安全考虑，门卡只能由本人领取。
我可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓禁止饲养任何宠物。
我该如何申请报修？
可以通过使用公寓软件进行报修。如果公寓没有相应的APP，可以在前台报修。
我能在房间内吸烟吗？
出于安全考虑，公寓内禁止吸烟，并且配有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请向公寓前台询问吸烟区域。
