- How does COVID-19 affect my booking?
- If students are affected by COVID-19 and: •provide a medical certificate proving they have contracted COVID-19; •are unable to legally enter the UK before the start of school due to the COVID-19 infection; The landlord will cancel the contract and refund the deposit and any paid rent. Similarly, if the student cannot enter the UK due to COVID-19 and the school agrees to cancel the student's admission, the rent deposit and any paid rent will also be refunded. Other COVID-19 related situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- How do I pay the rent?
- 1. You can pay the rent through the student portal of the apartment. 2. In some cases, if you have communicated in advance with the accommodation support team, you can also pay by bank transfer.

The overall stay experience was pretty good, but sometimes there are internet outages and false fire alarms, which is a bit annoying. Overall, though, this is a pretty good newbie village.
