CityBlock Penny Street is located in the heart of Lancaster, close to Lancaster Castle, the River Lune, Sainsbury's, and the Lancaster University Students' Union nightclub (LUSU). Moreover, you are just a short walk from Lancaster Bus Station, making it easy to reach Blackpool, the Lake District, and other destinations. CityBlock Penny Street offers a variety of room types, including en-suite rooms and studio apartments, all fully equipped with facilities and Wi-Fi coverage. The building contains a total of 58 en-suite rooms spread across four floors and features an elevator, having been completed in 2017, along with an internal courtyard. En-suite rooms are designed for 9 or 11 students to share, with a spacious modern living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Additionally, we provide various room types for students: 8 en-suite Superior-plus apartments and 4 studio apartments. Every week, we provide 200Mb of Wi-Fi, usable on up to 6 mobile devices, along with free bike storage.
