How do I pay my rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment page, and check the items to be paid, then click 'pay' to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, ensure that the card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill out the cardholder information and ensure the card has sufficient funds and that the bank supports the transaction. Note that the card does not need to be held by the person making the payment. 2. For bank transfers, obtain the transfer account number from the apartment under guidance from advisors and complete the payment through the bank. Please be aware that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so plan accordingly.

The deposit is a security deposit and is not deducted from the rent. After booking, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party company in the UK for safekeeping until the end of the rental period when it will be refunded based on any damages to the room (if there are significant damages, part or all of the deposit may be withheld, so please report any damages in the room promptly).
