The apartment has 58 Superior and Superior-Plus single-bathroom units, a total of four floors with elevator, and was completed in 2017. The apartment has an internal courtyard. Ensuite is a flat for 9 or 11 people where you share a large, modern living room with an open fully equipped kitchen.
