2. 请问押金的金额是多少？

   No booking fee, only a £400 deposit is needed. The deposit should be paid before checking in, and it will be refunded based on the condition of the room when checking out.

3. 如果21/22学年我的课程被取消/延期，应该如何处理？

   If you provide the necessary documents to the apartment for verification before your arrival, they can cancel the contract for you.

4. 如果英国政府发布旅行禁令，酒店房间会有哪些影响？

   公寓可以根据解禁情况将您的入住时间延后。

5. No Place No Pay是什么政策？

   Bookings for rooms in the apartment for the fall of 2021 are now open. You have the option to cancel your reservation before your arrival if you do not meet the grade requirements. More details about this can be found in the contract provided during the booking process. If you decide to apply for a different apartment, please refer to the cancellation procedure.

6. 可以和好友共居吗？

   在申请房间的时候，你可以要求与朋友住在附近的房间，但这取决于房间的可用性。记得与你的专属顾问小姐姐沟通好房型以及与哪个朋友一起住或挨在一起的要求，她会尽量委托公寓帮你们安排。

7. 可以和朋友过夜吗？

   Yes, you are allowed to have one overnight guest in your apartment when there are no lockdown restrictions.

8. 可以订房吗？

   Yes, you can book a room in this apartment as long as you are enrolled as a full-time student and can provide proof of enrollment.

9. 可以在公寓存行李吗？

   No storage facilities on site. Room storage available with rental fee.

10. 需要退房时整理房间吗？

    是的，这是合同的要求，同时您也有责任在您的住宿期间保持房间的良好状态。

11. 担保人是什么？

    We will accept a booking without a guarantor but we require the Contract to include family contact details.

12. 是否可以提前入住？

    如果您有提前入住的要求，请联系您的顾问老师。如有符合租期要求的空房，并支付额外房租，可以安排您提前入住。

13. 是否需要交纳地方税?

    全日制学生免缴地税，需提供学生身份证明。

14. 我可以什么时候办理入住？

    可以在合约生效时就可以开始办理入住手续。如果在非工作时间到达公寓，最好提前通知公寓，这样他们就可以安排您的办理登记入住了。

15. 如何领取门卡？

    在完成前台办理check in流程后，可以在公寓前台领取你的门卡。

16. 可以请他人代为领取门卡吗？

    门卡只能本人领取，为了安全考虑。

17. 可以在公寓内饲养宠物吗？

    不可以，出租房不允许饲养任何宠物。

18. 如何申请维修服务？

19. 可以在房间内抽烟吗？

    出于安全考虑，公寓是禁止吸烟的，并安装了烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请向公寓前台咨询，了解吸烟区域。
