2. 公寓设有床品和厨具吗？

   房间内只提供基本设施，床上用品和厨房用具需自备或购买。

3. 包含账单的公寓吗？

   房租通常已经包含了水电网费用，具体事项请咨询您的专属顾问。

4. 如果21/22学年我的课程被取消/延期怎么办？

   具体请咨询你的私人顾问。

5. 如果英国政府发布旅行禁令，酒店如何应对？

   请向您的专属咨询师咨询。

6. 我可以和朋友一起合租吗？

   有些房间不能供两人入住。如需同时预订同一套房的两间，需提前告知顾问以便尽可能安排。

7. 可以邀请朋友在晚上过来吗？

   朋友住宿一晚是可以的，但超过此期限需告知公寓。

8. 可以预订房间吗？

   只需满18周岁即可退租，需提前告知顾问。

9. 可以在公寓寄存行李吗？

   不可以,在同学未实际入住之前,公寓不会代存行李；入住后同学可以向前台咨询。

10. 无需退房前打扫

    入住前公寓会负责房间的清洁，同学入住后，需要由同学自己负责房间卫生清洁

11. 担保人是什么？

    担保人必须满足两个条件：英国国籍和国际税号。如无英国担保人，需全款支付房租。

12. 可以提前入住吗？

    如果您需要提前入住，请与您的顾问老师联系。如果公寓有可用的空房，并支付额外房租，我们可以安排您提前入住。

13. 是否需要缴纳地方税款？

    符合条件的全日制学生将无需支付地税。你必须向住宿公寓提供全日制学生身份的证明文件

14. 请问入住办理时间是什么时候？

    在签订合同后就可以办理入住了。如果你在非工作时间抵达公寓，最好提前告知公寓，这样公寓可以安排好check in。

15. 如何领取门卡？

    在完成前台办理check in手续后，可以从公寓前台领取门卡

16. 可以请别人代领门卡吗？

    门卡只能本人领取

17. 可以在公寓内饲养宠物吗？

    公寓禁止养宠物。

18. 如何申请报修？

    联系公寓进行维修

19. 不允许在房间内吸烟。

    公寓出于安全考虑禁止吸烟并配有烟雾报警器。如需吸烟，请咨询前台以了解指定吸烟区域。

20. How much does it cost to reserve?

    We do not impose a Booking Fee. To confirm your reservation, a £350 deposit is necessary, which will be reimbursed upon the completion of your lease term.

21. 我什么时候可以预订住宿-我还没有收到成绩?

    We have limited availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.

22. Can I live with my friends or will I have different roommates?

    Our studio apartments offer self-contained living spaces. Based on availability, you can choose a studio adjacent to your friends. Reach out to Awehome for more information.

23. 什么是担保人？如果我没有担保人会发生什么？

    No guarantor is needed for making a reservation.

24. 可以有隔夜客人吗?

    You are permitted to have guests overnight with a maximum stay of 5 nights. If they wish to extend, kindly get in touch with our reception staff.

25. Yes, am I still able to make a reservation even though I'm below 18 years old?

    是的。

26. Can I arrive earlier?

    Subject to availability.

27. Is it possible for me to store my baggage with you during the holidays?

    Yes, subject to availability.

28. Do I have to tidy up when I move out?

    You are required to return the studio in the same condition it was given.

29. 如果我的第一志愿大学课程在2021/22年被取消或延迟，会发生什么？

    Subject to sending an email before 01 July 2021 along with the email received from the University, you have the option to delay your start date or cancel your booking. For further information, please contact Awehome.

30. 如果我没有得到所需的成绩会发生什么？

    To terminate your contract, you need to send an email to manager of the property.

31. 如果由于政府旅行限制我无法前往英国，会发生什么？

    You can terminate your agreement by sending an email prior to July 01, 2021. Please reach out to Awehome for further information.
