If you need to make a payment, return to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to view the details of the payment plan. Key information includes the 【Balance】 which is the total amount due and the 【Due Date】 (format: day/month/year), please ensure you pay the rent before the due date.

How can I pay the rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page, check the items you need to pay, and then click pay to proceed. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) and bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, please ensure your card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information accurately and ensure the card has sufficient funds, and that the bank has authorized and supports the payment process. Note that the card does not need to be personally held by the cardholder. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment for the account details under the advisor's guidance, and complete the payment through your bank. However, please note that wire transfers can take several business days to process, so make sure to arrange payments in advance.

Can I pay the rent in installments?

Is the deposit I paid when booking the deposit? How is it refunded?

The deposit is a security deposit and does not offset the rent. Once the booking is complete, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency in the UK responsible for holding deposits until the lease ends, at which point it will be refunded based on the condition of the room’s facilities (serious damage may lead to deductions from the deposit, so any damage should be reported promptly).
