The apartment will try to accommodate. If there are rooms available for exchange and you have a reasonable reason to change, the apartment can communicate to arrange it, but please note that a price difference will apply for the switch.

These items are not included in your room as they are typically personal belongings. However, we have collaborated with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so that you can purchase everything you need for your room and have it ready when you arrive.

We strive to ensure that everything you need during your stay is included. However, please clarify that your rent does not include the following items: Some of our Nidos have vending machines, and all snacks and drinks in them are at your own expense. You may pay laundry fees on a pay-as-you-go basis or book cleaning services at a fixed price at the reception. If you need any bedding, towels, and/or kitchen equipment during your stay, you can purchase them through UniKitOut. We collaborate with UniKitOut to provide various options with delivery to your door.

When will my deposit be refunded?

The apartment will hold your deposit with the TDS until it is returned. After your lease ends, the deposit will be refunded to you after the room inspection. If there is any damage to the room, the compensation will be deducted from the deposit.

All Nido locations have laundry facilities. You can use the washing machines, dryers, and ironing boards 24/7. To check the real-time availability of the washers/dryers, please download the Circuit laundry app. Laundry and dry cleaning prices will be provided in your welcome book, which you will receive upon check-in. Payment can be made via a pay-as-you-go card that can be purchased from the machines in the laundry room. If you have any questions about laundry, please speak to a team member who will be happy to assist you.

How do I apply for maintenance?

The apartment's maintenance team is available 5 days a week to handle any issues. They can also assist in case of emergencies on weekends. If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log them on your maintenance portal (full details can be found in your welcome book). The team will update you on progress and schedule a time to enter your room.

Can I bring guests into my room?

There are no restrictions on guest access during the day. If guests stay overnight, one guest may stay up to eight consecutive nights in a month. All guests must be over 18 years old. You must sign in your guests upon their arrival, and they must show a photo ID to enter the building.
