What are the differences between booking Kelvingrove House through Jihao Home and other methods?

What is the deadline for paying rent?

Please log into your Student Portal for your apartment, click on Review My Offer to access the contract view, then click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT at the bottom right again, or check your registered email for the rental payment deadline listed in the contract. To make a payment, return to the homepage and click on Review/Pay Statement for detailed payment plans. The key information includes 【Balance】the total amount currently due for this item 【Due Date】the payment deadline (in the format day/month/year), ensure to pay your rent before the due date.

How do I pay rent?

Please access your Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, check the box next to the items you wish to pay, and click pay to go to the payment interface. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) and bank transfers. 1. For card payment, ensure that your payment card is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder's details carefully, and ensure the card has sufficient funds and that your bank has approved the payment transaction. Note that the cardholder does not need to be the person making the payment. 2. For bank transfers, please reach out to the apartment to obtain the transfer account under your consultant's guidance, then complete the payment at your bank. Note that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so prepare to arrange payment in advance.
