For combination offers, please consult your advisor; 4) We provide a lower price guarantee; if you book through other accommodation platforms and find a lower price for the same property, you can book through our platform, and we will provide you with the same lower price (please refer to the lower price guarantee terms for details).

Can I change rooms after check-in?

Accepted Answer

The apartment will try to accommodate your request. If there are available rooms and you have a reasonable reason to request a room change, the apartment can facilitate it. Please note that there will be a fee for the difference in price.

Does the apartment provide kitchen and bedding supplies?

Accepted Answer

These items are not included in your room as they are usually personal belongings. However, we have partnered with UniKitOut and Rise & Fall (an eco-friendly option) so that you can purchase everything you need for your room and have it ready upon arrival.

What documents should I prepare for check-in?

At check-in, the apartment front desk needs to see a form of identification with a photo (passport, driver's license, etc.). You will also need to provide proof of your university enrollment, preferably in the form of your offer letter, which the apartment may require a copy of for their records, as per local council requirements.

Do I need to pay to book a room?

Once you have chosen your Nido room, a £100 refundable deposit is required to secure your stay.

Is there internet in my room?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every Nido provides high-speed WiFi, allowing you to connect at any time. Further information about how to connect will be provided upon your arrival.

Is there someone to clean my room?

Cleaning services are not included in your stay. However, you can contact the Nido team to book cleaning services for a small fee.

Are there any extra services available?

We strive to ensure that everything you need during your stay is included. Just to clarify, your rent does not cover the following: Some of our Nidos have vending machines, and all snacks and drinks from these machines are at your own cost. You can either pay for laundry on-the-spot or book room cleaning for a fixed fee at the reception. If you need any bed linens, towels, and/or kitchen supplies during your stay, you can purchase them through UniKitOut. We partner with UniKitOut to provide a range of options and delivery to your door.

When will my deposit be refunded?

The apartment will hold your deposit in the TDS until it is refunded to you. After your lease ends, the apartment will refund your deposit after inspecting the room. Any damages to the room will be deducted from the deposit.

Does the apartment have laundry facilities? How much does it cost?

All Nidos have laundry facilities where you can access washing machines, dryers, and ironing boards 24/7. To check real-time availability of these machines, please download the Circuit laundry app. The prices for laundry and dry cleaning will be provided in your welcome booklet which you will receive upon check-in. Payments are made via pay-as-you-go cards which can be purchased at the laundry machines. If you have any questions about laundry, please speak to a team member who will be happy to help.

How do I request maintenance?

The apartment's maintenance team is available 5 days a week to help resolve any issues, and they can assist during emergencies on weekends as well. If you encounter any maintenance issues during your stay, simply log them on your maintenance portal (complete details can be found in your welcome booklet). The team will update you on the progress of the work and arrange a time to enter your room.

Can I bring guests into my room?

Accepted Answer

There are no restrictions on visitors during the day. If guests are staying overnight, a single guest may stay for up to eight consecutive nights within a month. All guests must be over 18 years old. You must sign in your guests upon their arrival, and they must carry photo ID to enter the building.
