What is the £150 Pre-Payment-Charge I pay during application?

A fee of £150 is required when applying for an apartment, to be recorded as a prepayment in the student portal, which will go towards your first rent installment. If you terminate the reservation and contract after signing, this prepayment will be deducted directly by the apartment and will not be refunded.

What is the £150 Deposit seen in the payment plan?

This is a deposit collected by the apartment, amounting to £150, typically to be paid about 9 days before your check-in date as mentioned in your contract. Please refer to the payment plan in your contract for specific timings. This deposit will be evaluated after you move out, with the amount refunded depending on the condition of the room, and will be returned by the apartment or an authorized third party.
