The Depot

The Depot apartments are situated in the city center, offering an excellent location just a 9-minute walk to the Exeter University St. Luke's campus and approximately a 23-minute walk to the main campus, with numerous shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartments consist of over 700 rooms across interconnected buildings. In addition to studio and ensuite room options, there are also duplex and one-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouse units available. The facilities include study rooms and a gaming area, and a gym was recently added this year. There is no requirement for a security deposit or upfront fee when renting, and rent can be paid in four installments. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property, the rooms are equipped with heating, and the bathrooms feature separate wet and dry areas. This apartment complex is designated for students and allows underage students to reside there. Typically, non-student guests may not stay for more than three days with student residents and must confirm their stay with management in advance.
