Apartment Overview: The apartment consists of one building and offers studio and two-bedroom apartments. It features free WiFi, heating, and bathrooms with wet and dry separation. Minors are allowed to stay, but long-term residents from outside the university (over 39 weeks) are not accepted. Pets are not permitted in the apartment, and a front desk is available for assistance. Booking Considerations: The studio can accommodate two people, but there is an additional charge for double occupancy. If you do not have a UK guarantor, the apartment does not support installment payments. A deposit of £100 is required, which will be deducted from the rent. Additionally, there is a £350 security deposit that must be paid along with the rent and is refundable to the tenant upon lease termination.
