The building is equipped with luxurious amenities, including a gym, cinema, spacious courtyard, game area, meeting room, and two lounges with TVs, ensuring you enjoy a comfortable and worry-free university life. Rent includes utilities and internet fees! Apartment Overview Clifford House comprises one unit, offering en-suite private rooms and studio apartments. The apartment provides free WiFi, and rooms are equipped with heating and separate wet and dry bathroom facilities. This apartment welcomes underage students but does not accept long-term stays for individuals from outside the university (over 39 weeks). Additionally, pets are not allowed in the apartment. The front desk offers full services to ensure your needs are met. Booking Notes The studio type in this apartment is available for double occupancy, but an additional fee will apply. The apartment does not support installment payments without a UK guarantor. Furthermore, there is no deposit required, but a £250 booking fee is needed, which will be deducted from the rent.
