Pepper Mill is a brand new student accommodation located in Edinburgh, set to open in September 2025. This residence provides everything you need, all consolidated within a single building. Situated in the prime Canonmills area of central Edinburgh, it boasts a convenient environment with bars, cafes, restaurants, small shops, and grocery stores, catering to all student needs. Pepper Mill perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and a sense of community, dedicated to offering you a “home away from home” living experience. Upon closer inspection, you will find that every detail of the apartments has been thoughtfully designed! All studio apartments are equipped with a private kitchenette (including appliances), en-suite bathroom, and selected furniture, aimed at creating a comfortable living environment for you. Pepper Mill also offers spacious and comfortable communal areas that facilitate meeting and socializing with new friends. In the cozy resident lounge, you can relax, as the seating area is furnished with multiple comfortable seats, perfect for unwinding after long study sessions. In the co-working and study zone, as well as the library, you can concentrate on your studies alone or collaborate with classmates. After a tiring study session, you can enjoy a game of pool or Mahjong in the game room as a treat for yourself. The accommodation provides super-fast WiredScore™ certified Wi-Fi, ensuring connectivity anywhere within the building. During your stay, you will benefit from Wi-Fi speeds of up to 250 Mbps, allowing you to enjoy a seamless online experience. Want to host a relaxing movie night with friends? Our cinema room is equipped with a 98-inch screen and comfortable lounging space, perfect for unwinding. If you enjoy cooking, head over to the well-equipped Mrs Clerk kitchen to prepare meals with friends (ingredients not provided) or participate in cooking classes to enjoy a wonderful breakfast! On your way out in the morning, you can also grab pastries and a hot chocolate! The ground floor features a fully equipped gym with various fitness equipment. Additionally, the accommodation includes a laundry room, bicycle storage, and a beautiful landscaped garden. To ensure your safety, the entire building is equipped with a CCTV surveillance system and a smart access control system, allowing only residents to enter, thus maximizing your security. Apartment manager Katie and her team regularly organize various social events throughout the year, such as puppy yoga, ping pong tournaments, pizza nights, and quiz nights to enrich your extracurricular life. In this secure gated community, you will enjoy a range of premium amenities offered by top student accommodations. Whether you want to relax in your private studio or take full advantage of our thoughtfully designed shared spaces, you will experience a warm atmosphere. Another added benefit is the availability of free bicycles, allowing you to explore the charm of Edinburgh on two wheels. The Royal Botanic Garden is nearby and definitely worth a visit, and we also provide helmets, bike locks, and bicycles free of charge to help you fully enjoy cycling. Katie is our apartment manager, supported by Fiona, Cal (on-site maintenance staff), and Kirsten (responsible for cleaning the building). The on-site team is happy to assist with any questions, big or small. You can also utilize the KLIQ app, designed specifically for Pepper Mill residents, to enhance your living experience! Through the app, you can book study rooms or the Mrs Clerk kitchen to share home-cooked meals with friends! Additionally, the app will notify you when packages arrive.
