How do I pay the rent?

Please access your apartment's Student Portal, click 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment page. Then check the items you need to pay in front of and click 'Pay' to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, ensure your card is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully and ensure that your card has sufficient funds and that your bank supports the transaction. Note that the card does not need to be physically held by the cardholder. 2. For bank transfers, consult with your advisor to obtain the transfer account, then complete the payment at the bank. However, keep in mind that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so plan your payments in advance.
