All rooms are fully equipped with WiFi and provide ample storage space. The interior of the apartment is well-furnished, including a bed (with mattress), wardrobe, desk, and chair. Additionally, the communal kitchen is equipped with basic facilities. 2. The apartment features shared spaces such as a study room, gym, lounge area, and laundry room to meet various needs of the residents. 3. The rent includes all utilities, such as water, electricity, gas, and property insurance, making it easy for you to manage your budget.
