Please visit your apartment's Student Portal, click on 'payment' to view the rent payment deadline stated in the lease. Be sure to pay before the due date.
Can I pay in installments?
If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt to pay rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.
How can I pay my rent?
1. Online Payment: Log in to your apartment's Student Portal, click on the 'payment' option, check the boxes for items you wish to pay, and click 'pay' to complete the payment. Please note that the payment card must be one of the following types: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, or Visa Electron. Ensure that sufficient balance is available and fill in the account information accurately. The payment card does not have to be held by you. 2. Bank Transfer: Contact the apartment to obtain the payment account information, then proceed to make the payment at your bank. Be sure to include your name and ID for identification, and note that wire transfers may take several business days to process. 3. Phone Payment: Call the apartment and provide your account information to complete the payment. 4. On-Site Payment: Students already in the area can choose to pay in person at the apartment front desk before the rent deadline.
