Our apartments offer a variety of room options for students, including Twin Rooms with shared bathrooms, Studios with private bathrooms and kitchens, and Diamond Duplex Apartments featuring one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, and one kitchen. All rooms are fully covered with WiFi and provide ample storage space. 2. Each room is equipped with basic furnishings, including a bed (with mattress), wardrobe, desk, and chair. The shared kitchen is fully equipped to meet daily cooking needs. 3. The apartment includes facilities such as a communal study room, gym, lounge area, and laundry room, making it convenient for students' study and daily life. 4. Rent includes all expenses, such as water, electricity, gas, and property insurance, with no additional costs required. Location and Surroundings Elliott House is well situated near Calton Hill, with some rooms offering beautiful views of the hill. The surrounding area features a large multiplex cinema, theaters, museums, and various shopping locations, all within walking distance to the famous Royal Mile. Every August, Edinburgh hosts a festival that transforms the city into a hub for comedy, theater, and music. Security and Services 1.
