The apartments are equipped with basic furnishings, including a bed (with mattress), wardrobe, desk, and chair. 3. The complex also includes communal facilities such as study rooms, recreational areas, a bike storage, and a laundry room. 4. Rent includes all utilities, such as water, electricity, gas, and property insurance. Location and Surroundings: The apartments are approximately a 13-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh's George Square campus, and only a 15-minute bus ride to the King's Buildings campus. It is about a 10-minute walk to the city center, where there are numerous supermarkets, shopping malls, restaurants, and cinemas, along with many famous attractions and theaters to meet students' everyday entertainment needs. A 5-minute walk west from the apartments leads to the renowned Holyrood Park, which features Arthur's Seat, an ideal location for hiking and leisurely jogging. Security and Services: 1. The apartments have a 24-hour electronic access system and video surveillance; outside visitors must pass through multiple electronic doors to enter. 2.
