Since the review of the Flexible Booking Policy is handled on a case-by-case basis, there is no specific unified standard. After a successful application, please confirm the modified payment amount and the deadline with the apartment separately. How to pay the deposit? Will it be refunded? The deposit will be available for payment 10 days before the contract commences. Due to the different standards of each apartment building, the deposit amount and whether it needs to be paid vary. Please log in to the payment platform to confirm. When moving out, the apartment will determine the amount of deposit refund based on the condition of the room. Is the deposit I paid when making a reservation considered a deposit? How to get a refund? The advance payment will be directly used as a deposit but will not be deducted from the rent. After the reservation is completed, the deposit will be entrusted to the designated institution in the UK until the end of the rental period. If you are a eligible full-time student, you will be exempt from property tax. Do I need to pay local tax?
