If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage, and click Review/Pay Statement to see the detailed payment plan. Key information includes the【Balance】total amount required to be paid and the【Due Date】for rent payment (format: day/month/year), please make sure to complete the payment before the due date.

How can I pay my rent?

Please log in to your apartment's Student Portal, go to Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, check the items you need to pay, and click pay to proceed. The apartment accepts online card payments (credit cards accepted) and bank transfers. 1. For online card payments, make sure your card type is one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill out the cardholder's information carefully and ensure that there are sufficient funds on the card and that the bank supports the payment. Note that the card does not need to be in your name. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account with the guidance of an advisor and complete the payment at the bank. Be aware that wire transfers may take several business days to process, so please plan ahead.

Can I pay in installments?

Is the deposit I pay during the booking considered a security deposit? How can I get it back?

The deposit is not deducted from the rent, and after completing the booking, your deposit will be held by a third party in the UK until the end of the lease, when it will be refunded based on the condition of the room facilities (any serious damage may result in a partial or total deduction from the deposit, so please report any damages timely).
