Brookside is a modern residential building that offers a variety of suite types. Each suite is equipped with a spacious kitchen and bathroom, as well as a television and sofa to meet your basic living needs. Mailboxes are located at the entrance of each building for convenient daily use. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a single bed or a three-quarter bed, a desk and chair, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, and a bulletin board, ensuring a comfortable environment for your study and living. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a kettle, an iron and ironing board, a mop and bucket, and a vacuum cleaner to help you manage daily tasks with ease. Please note that students need to provide their own tableware and kitchenware, but a starter kitchen pack can be reserved before your arrival for convenience. The outdoor area of the apartment has been redesigned to include a barbecue area and picnic benches, inviting you to gather with friends on summer evenings and enjoy delicious barbecue. It is also a great place for you to study in nature. Brookside Apartments feature a dedicated management team that provides attentive service. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the community with direct routes to the University of Derby, making your commute very convenient. Please be aware that pets are not allowed in the apartment.
