Can I pay rent in installments?

If you have a valid guarantor in the UK (British citizen, over 18 years old, with a full-time job in the UK), or have reached an agreement with Housing Hold, you can opt for installment rent payments; otherwise, you must pay the full rent six weeks before the contract starts.

How to pay rent?

1. Online payment: Use the payment link provided by the apartment to pay with a Visa/Master/UnionPay card. Please ensure you have enough credit and accurately fill in the ID provided by the apartment; the card does not need to be held by you. 2. Bank transfer: Contact the apartment for account information under the guidance of your advisor, then complete the payment at the bank. Be sure to include your name and ID for the apartment to recognize you, and note that wire transfers may take several working days to arrive, so arrange for payment in advance.

Is the deposit I pay when booking a security deposit? How is it refunded?

The deposit you pay is actually a security deposit and does not offset the rent. Once the reservation is complete, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency that holds the deposit until the end of the rental period, when it will be refunded based on the extent of any damages to the room facilities (serious damage may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit, so please report any damages promptly).
