When is the rent payment deadline?
Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review My Offer to view your contract. Then click CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE TENANCY AGREEMENT at the bottom right again, or check your registered email for the rent payment deadline in the contract. If you need to pay rent, go back to the homepage and click Review/Pay Statement to see the details of your payment plan. Key information includes current balance【Balance】 and due date (format: day/month/year). Be sure to pay the rent by the due date.
How do I pay my rent?
Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, then click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page. Check the boxes next to the items you need to pay, then click pay to proceed. The apartment allows online credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or bank transfers. 1. For online payments: Ensure the card type is one of these four: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully and ensure the card has enough balance while being supported by the bank for the payment. Note that the card does not need to be in the cardholder's name. 2. For bank transfers: Contact the apartment to get the transfer account details under the guidance of an advisor, then complete the payment at your bank. Keep in mind that wire transfers might take several business days, so arrange your payments in advance.
