Can my guests stay in the room?

During special times, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we currently do not allow any form of guest stay. However, generally, we can allow guests to stay for a maximum of two consecutive nights, but guests must register their personal information at the front desk before entering the apartment, and we will not provide your guests with a second key or electronic access card. You must be with your guests at all times and cannot leave them alone in your room, as only you as the resident understand our regulations and policies regarding personal safety and health. We will notify our residents promptly if there are any changes to the guest policy.

However, unfortunately, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have to suspend face-to-face social activities for now. Nonetheless, you can still freely use the public areas and facilities within the apartment, such as karaoke rooms, cinemas, and other common areas, provided that you comply with government directives. *Please note that the availability of the aforementioned public areas and facilities may depend on the current government directives, and the final decision lies with the apartment management team.
