COVID-19 cancellation policy: 1) Delays caused by visa center closure: If students cannot obtain their visa on time due to the closure of the visa center, they must contact UNINN within 7 days of becoming aware that such a delay may occur. We can also discuss other suitable options. 2) Delayed university start/course: In such cases, students must submit proof of their new course start date within 7 days of learning about the course delay. We will consider appropriately postponing the lease start date to match their new course start date, and we can discuss other suitable options. 3) Travel bans: If a travel ban is implemented by the student's country or the UK that prevents students from traveling as planned, affected students need to contact UNINN 7 days before the lease start date. We can also discuss other suitable options. 4) Early move-out: If students wish to move out before the lease period ends, they will still be responsible for the full rent unless a suitable replacement tenant is found. We will do our best to help, but finding a replacement tenant remains the responsibility of the student. The student must also pay a £50 administration fee.
