What is the deadline for paying the rent?

You can find the payment deadline for the apartment in the rental agreement. The rental agreement needs to be signed online during the booking, and once completed, the apartment will send a copy to you which can be viewed in your email at any time.

How can I pay the rent?

You can pay the rent via bank transfer. After booking, the apartment will send the bank details through email, and the Word document attached in the email contains the remittance information.

How can I redeem special offers from my booking?

Please refer to the activity details provided by the apartment at the time of your booking, and then apply to the apartment for redemption according to those details.

Can I choose my roommate?

If you have friends booking with you, please contact the advisor from Jihao Jia, and we will do our best to assist in making your arrangements.

Can I check in early?

If you wish to check in early, please contact your advisor. If the apartment has available rooms for the corresponding rental period and agrees to the additional rental fee, arrangements for early checking in can be made.

Do I need to pay property tax?

If you are a qualifying full-time student, you will be exempt from property tax. You must provide documentation to the apartment proving that you are a full-time student.

You can check in on the day the contract starts. If you arrive at the apartment outside of working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance, so they can arrange your check-in.

How do I receive my access card?

After completing the check-in process, you can pick up your access card at the apartment front desk.

Can someone else pick up my access card for me?

No, for security reasons, the access card can only be collected by yourself.

Can I keep pets in the apartment?

No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

How should I report a repair?

You can report repairs through the apartment front desk.

Can I smoke inside my room?

For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited within the apartment, and smoke detectors are installed. If you need to smoke, please ask the apartment front desk for information on designated smoking areas.
