You can choose your payment method when you submit your booking application.

The guarantor needs to be aware of your living situation and agree to pay your rent. If payments are delayed, the apartment will contact your guarantor. Guarantors must be over 18, have a full-time job, and a permanent address. Usually, they must provide proof of address to verify identity.

If you are a qualifying full-time student, you will be exempt from local taxes. You must provide the apartment with proof that you are a full-time student.
