When is the rent payment deadline?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on payment to enter the related page, where you can check the rental payment due date on your contract. Please ensure to pay before the due date.

Can I pay in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can opt for paying rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.

How do I pay my rent?

1. Online Payment: Log into the apartment's Student Portal, click on payment, select the item to pay, and click pay to complete the transaction. Note that the card type must be one of the following: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, ensure sufficient balance, fill out account information accurately, and that the bank supports this payment method. The card does not need to be held by you. 2. Bank Transfer: Contact the apartment for account information under advisor guidance, ensure to note your name and ID for recognition, and be aware that wire transfers may take multiple working days to complete, so arrange payment in advance. 3. Phone Payment: Call the apartment and provide account information to make a payment. 4. On-site Payment: Students who arrive locally before the rent deadline can make a payment directly at the apartment front desk.
