How do I find out who I will be living with?

For privacy reasons, we do not disclose names, but you can find out who you will be living with through the resident group shared before moving in or by asking your apartment team about details like gender, year, and school.

When can I move in?

You will be invited to schedule your move-in time approximately two months before your move-in date, and you can choose the time that suits you best. If you have any special needs regarding accessibility or transportation arrangements, please inform us at that time.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike other providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we need the rent paid in advance, which will be deducted from your first rent payment (think of it as a gift for yourself in September!).

What is the cancellation policy?

We have a 5-day 'cooling-off period'. This means that if you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 5 days after signing the rental contract, as long as you have not moved in. If you need to cancel after the cooling-off period, we may allow cancellations in certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or if you do not meet the entry requirements for your target university. Please ensure to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal documents within 72 hours of receiving the notification. You can also transfer your lease to another suitable tenant. If a suitable replacement is found, we will conduct a qualification review, and once approved, they will take over the rental contract.

All our locations provide wireless internet access throughout the building. Upon arrival, you just need to connect your device to the wireless network. If needed, you can also connect via an Ethernet cable using the network wall socket in the room.

To ensure health and safety, we do not allow the following items: candles, incense burners, deep fryers, and any electrical appliances that do not comply with UK standards and legal regulations. We conduct room inspections three times a year and occasionally perform health and safety checks. During these inspections, we need to enter your room. However, we will inform you at least 24 hours in advance and will knock and introduce ourselves before entering.
