房租截止日是什么时候？
房租截止日可以在合同中查看。登录Dwell账号，点击下拉菜单，选择Message，即可看到自己的合同。请在Due Date日期之前支付相应款项，如果选择银行电汇支付，国际电汇不是即时到账，需至少提前1周支付。
如何支付房租？
通过登录公寓官网，在线支付账户并点击pay now进入支付页面。选择Manual Breakup，并在RIESIDENTIAL栏目输入所需支付的房租金额。然后，点击PAY NOW选择卡片类型，并输入卡片信息完成在线付款。或者，通过发送邮件给公寓，咨询公寓的银行详细信息以进行银行电汇
如何降低2%的房租费用？
公寓提供折扣优惠，需在8月1日前支付全款并及时到账，优惠金额不体现在合同中，同学需自行计算
如何兑现特殊优惠？
请参考您预订时的公寓活动细则，并按照细则和公寓规定办理。

请问我可以几点办理入住手续？
合同开始当天即可办理入住，如非工作时间抵达公寓最好提前告知，以方便公寓安排入住手续。
如何领取门卡？
可以在办理check in后，直接从公寓前台领取门卡。
可以请他人代领门卡吗？
不允许，由于安全考虑，只有本人能领取门卡。
我可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
公寓内禁止饲养任何动物。
如何进行报修申请？

可以在房间内吸烟吗？
公寓为了安全起见禁止吸烟,并且配置了烟雾报警器。如需要吸烟，请向公寓前台咨询吸烟区域位置。
