If you need to pay rent, return to the homepage, and click Review/Pay Statement to see detailed payment plans. Key information includes the 【Balance】, which is the total amount due, and the 【Due Date】 (format: day/month/year), please ensure you pay before the due date.

How do I pay my rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal, click on Review/Pay Statement to access the payment page, check the items you need to pay, and then click pay to enter the payment section. The apartment accepts online credit card payments or bank transfers. 1. For online credit card payment, ensure that the type of card you are using is one of the following: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, or Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully and ensure that the card has enough limit, and that the bank has activated and supports this payment action. Please note, the card does not need to be in the holder's name. 2. For bank transfers, contact the apartment for the transfer account under your consultant's guidance and complete the corresponding payment at the bank. Note that wire transfers may take several working days to clear, so plan your payment in advance.

Can I pay rent in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay rent in three installments, scheduled in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.

Is the deposit I pay when booking considered a security deposit? How can I get a refund?

The deposit is considered a security deposit and does not offset the rent. After completing the booking, your deposit will be transferred to a third-party agency in the UK for safekeeping until the end of the rental period, at which point it will be refunded based on the damage to the room facilities (serious damage may result in partial or total deduction from the deposit, so please report any facility damage promptly).
