How can I pay the rent?

Please log into your apartment Student Portal, click on 'Review/Pay Statement' to enter the payment interface. Then check the box before the items that you need to pay and click pay to proceed. The apartment supports online card payments (credit cards accepted) or bank transfers. 1. For online card payment, ensure your card is one of the following types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Fill in the cardholder information carefully and make sure the card has enough credit and that the bank authorizes the transaction. Note, the cardholder does not need to be present. 2. For bank transfers, please contact the apartment for the transfer account under the guidance of your consultant, and proceed with the banking payment. Please notice that wire transfer may take several working days to clear, hence please arrange payment in advance.

The deposit is considered a security deposit and does not deduct from the rent. After completing the booking, your deposit will be handed over to a third-party organization in the UK for safekeeping until the end of your tenancy when the room's condition is assessed and the deposit is refunded (serious damage may lead to partial or full deductions from the deposit, so please report any damages in the room promptly).
