We have a 5-day 'cooling-off' policy. This means if you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease and before moving in, you can do so. If this period has passed, you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is refused or you do not meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notice or visa rejection document within 72 hours of receiving notification. You can also transfer your lease to a qualified replacement tenant if you find one, and we will conduct a vetting process for them before confirming their eligibility.
