When is the deadline for paying rent?

Please log into your apartment's Student Portal and click on the payment option to check the rent due date on your contract. Make sure to pay the rent before the due date.

Can I pay in installments?

If you have a valid UK guarantor, you can choose to pay the rent in three installments, due in September, January, and April. If you do not have a valid UK guarantor, you must pay the full rent one month before the contract starts.

How to pay rent?

1. Online Payment: Access your apartment's Student Portal, go to the payment section, check the boxes of the items you need to pay, and click pay to proceed. Please use one of the following card types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron, ensuring sufficient funds are available and that the bank supports this type of transaction. The payment card does not need to be in your name. 2. Bank Transfer: Follow your advisor's guidance to obtain the bank account details from the apartment, then complete the payment through your bank. Please include your name and ID in the memo for the apartment's identification. Expect bank transfers to take several days to process, so plan accordingly. 3. Phone Payment: Call the apartment to provide account information to complete the payment. 4. On-site Payment: Students who have arrived at the location before the rent due date can opt to pay directly at the front desk of the apartment.
