We have a 5-day 'cooling-off period' policy, meaning you can cancel within 5 days after signing the lease if you haven't moved in yet. After the 'cooling-off period', you can still cancel under certain circumstances, such as if your UK visa is denied or you don't meet the entry requirements for your chosen university. You just need to provide the UCAS notification or visa refusal document within 72 hours of receiving the relevant notice. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can transfer the lease to them, and we will assess their eligibility.

Generally, there are two scenarios: If you have not checked in yet, if there are available rooms, your room change request can usually be accommodated free of charge prior to check-in. If you have checked into the Oxford Point apartments, you will need to confirm the room change with the onsite management team. If suitable rooms are available, your request can be accommodated. A fee may apply for this service. Please note: Room changes are limited to the same room type or an upgrade to a more expensive type. Typically, downgrades to a cheaper room type are not allowed. If staff agrees to change your room, a new contract will be sent for you to sign.
