Beech Gardens is our student accommodation located in Aldero, conveniently situated for students wanting to get to the university and the city center. It takes just 10 minutes to reach the University of Birmingham and 20 minutes to Aston University from here. We plan to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of all rooms and implement a grand renovation project for Beech Gardens, which will double the number of bathrooms and showers, add two treehouse-style communal lounges, as well as modern shared kitchens and relaxation areas. Not only will the indoor environment be revitalized, but the spacious gardens will also be transformed, with plans to establish an ecological gardening system to help our residents grow fresh produce.
