已预订Unite Students公寓的同学请注意，为了营造公平的入住环境，公寓官方将在您预订后的几周内对您进行3次抽样检查（即便是近期未预订的同学，亦可能会收到抽检）。以下是详细流程： 1. 抽检方式：通过电子邮件或电话等进行。 2. 学生需准备的材料：大学录取通知书或大学门户网站的屏幕截图（需显示学生姓名及足够信息以确认申请已完成）。 3. 第三方核实：少数学生可能会受到核实，以确保学生信息的真实性。如果学生未对任何一次的联系做出回应，该预订将被标记为存疑单，如联系不上学生，公寓将取消该预订。请注意，近期务必检查申请公寓时提供的联系电话和邮箱是否有公寓的相关信息，如有疑问，请立即与您的顾问老师联系！
我预定时支付的advance rent是押金吗？怎么退还？
Advance Rent是预付房租，作为押金使用。入住后，Advance rent将用于抵扣房租，无法退还。
我应该如何支付房租？
支付房租的方式有两种：在线支付或银行电汇。 1. 在线支付请登录Unite Students的账号，点击Payments页面，输入需要支付的房租金额，点击支付按钮，填写信用卡信息；如果是英国借记卡选择Debit卡，如果是中国信用卡选择Credit卡（账单地址保持中国地址）。 2. 银行电汇请登录Unite Students的账号，点击Booking页面，下载Bank Transfer Info文件，提前与银行沟通然后到银行柜台或自助机器汇款，汇款附言中填写个人预订信息（参考bank_transfer_info文件中要求填写的内容）。注意，电汇不是实时到账，务必提前1-2周进行，确保资金能按时到账。由于银行跨境支付会收取手续费，确保支付金额为应付房租加上手续费，以确保足额到账。
我的入住时间与预约的时间不符，非工作时间能否办理入住？
如果您在当天到达，但仅迟到几十分钟到几小时，可以在前台等待，工作人员会在处理完预约的学生后为您提供服务。如果您在非当天抵达，请在Unite APP的check in summary中点击“编辑”，然后选择一个新的入住时间。公寓会在入口处或前台显眼的地方提供紧急联系方式，您可拨打电话或拨打公寓的紧急控制中心电话（英国电话）03003031611请求帮助。
