我支付的advance rent是押金吗？如何进行退还？
Advance Rent是提前支付的房租，作为押金。一旦您成功入住，Advance rent将会计入您的房租中，并且不会被退还。
房租该如何支付？
公寓的房租支付方式有两种，在线支付或银行电汇。↵1. 在线支付：请登录Unite Students账户，在Payments页面输入所需支付的房租金额，点击Pay按钮，填入支付卡的信息。若使用英国储蓄卡，请选择Debit卡（需确保Billing address为英国地址）；若使用中国信用卡，请选择Credit卡（Billing address保留为国内地址）。↵2. 银行电汇：请登录Unite Students账户，点击Booking页面，下载Bank Transfer Info文件，提前与银行沟通，携带相关材料到银行柜台或自助汇款机进行汇款。在汇款附言中请务必填写个人预定信息（根据bank_transfer_info文件的要求）。电汇不是实时到账，请确保在截止日前1-2周进行汇款，以确保资金能及时到账。由于银行会收取跨境支付手续费，请在支付时附加手续费，确保总金额充足到账。
