Botanic Studios is well-equipped with common lounge areas, a cinema, a game room, a dining area, and an outdoor courtyard. Our apartments are also on a main bus route, allowing quick access to Belfast’s primary shopping areas. Location and Surroundings Botanic Studios is ideally located on Dublin Road, just a 5-minute walk to Queen's University, and a 20-minute walk to the University of Ulster and Belfast Metropolitan College. We enjoy excellent transport links with several bus routes to Belfast city center, and the Botanic Studios is very close to the train station, making it easy to travel to Belfast and other parts of Northern Ireland. Additionally, registered students can enjoy a 2/3 discount on fares. Belfast International Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the city center, and Belfast City Airport offers routes to other areas of the UK and some European countries, only 10 minutes northeast of the city center.
