These measures include: Depending on the design of the building, each bedroom and kitchen, as well as some buildings, may be equipped with smoke or heat detectors, and may also include sprinkler systems, wet risers, and automatic smoke ventilation systems. All of our buildings have fire detection systems. On-site staff undergo training 24/7 to proactively manage fire safety issues, including responding to fire alarms, training residents, conducting regular building inspections, weekly alarm tests, and periodic fire drills. In most of our buildings, fire alarms are connected to central monitoring services via Red Care. All fire safety systems are maintained and serviced according to UK standards and are managed exclusively by nationally contracted companies using qualified personnel.
