About two months before your booked move-in date, you can schedule a suitable time to move in. If you have specific accessibility needs or travel issues, please inform us at this time. If you need to move in early, our accommodation team can help arrange it and will provide you with available times and prices.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Unlike many other accommodation providers, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. We only ask for you to pay the rent in advance, which will be deducted from your first installment. You could think of it as a little gift for yourself, and you will appreciate its convenience come September!

Can I cancel after booking?

We have a 5-day cooling-off policy. If you need to cancel within 5 days of signing the lease and have not yet moved in, cancellation is possible. If you miss the cooling-off period, you can still cancel in certain cases, such as if your UK visa is refused or you do not meet the entry requirements of your chosen university. Just provide the relevant notice within 72 hours of receiving it. If you find a suitable replacement tenant, you can also transfer the lease to them, and we will conduct a qualification check. Once confirmed, they can take over your lease.
