可以在前台办理完check in手续后，从公寓前台领取门卡
可以寻求他人代领门卡吗？
出于安全考虑，只有本人可以领取门卡。
可以在公寓内养宠物吗？
不可，公寓禁止养任何宠物。
如何进行报修？

可以在房间内吸烟吗？
